Amedei x Annabel's Chocolate Week

For Chocolate Week 2017, Head Chef, Ryan Brown has collaborated with Tuscan chocolatier Amedei to curate a bespoke four-course seasonal menu with a chocolate twist. Showcasing Amedei's best cocoa beans with their rich aromas and flavour in both savoury and, more classically, sweet dishes the menu includes Seabass Carpaccio, Pumpkin Risotto and Pan-Seared Quail and Foie Gras served ahead of indulgent desserts.
