Andrée's War: How One Young Woman
Outwitted The Nazis

Monday 6th February

Author Francelle Bradford White hosted a Q&A at the Club for Members to discuss her book ‘Andrée’s War: How One Young Woman Outwitted the Nazis’, which tells the tales of her mother’s life and work as an underground intelligence courier during the war, taking increasing risks and always remaining fearless in the face of immense pressure. Andree's efforts were recognised with the Croix de Guerre and the Legion d'Honneur making her one of the most highly decorated women of the Second World War.
