Château Pontet Canet Dinner by Eminent Wines
Tuesday 2nd May | From 7.30pm
Château Pontet-Canet is one of the most iconic Cru Classé in Pauillac which has gained its notoriety due to not only the high quality of the wines but also the bio-dynamic philosophy that Alfred Tesseron brought to his vineyard in 2004 after a long period of organic viticulture. Now most of the work in the middle of both Cabernets (Sauvignon & Franc) and Merlot is done by horse instead of by truck. A very special Champagne will be served on the Terrace, Champagne Charles Orban, after which Tesseron will explain his vision during a wonderful decade of vintages paired with a bespoke menu featuring organic ingredients, including raw milk butter and pedigree beef from Dartmoor National Park to complement the winemaker's philosophy carefully curated by Annabel's Head Chef Ryan Brown.
Tickets for the dinner are available for £180 per person and include the wines and dinner.
Please contact the Annabel's Office or call T:+44 (0)20 7629 1096 for more information and to register your interest for this dinner.
