Cigar Dinner with Master of Cigars Darius Namdar
Master of Havana Cigars, Darius Namdar welcomed Members and guests to Annabel's for a cigar dinner with a look in to one of Havana’s most prized post revolution brands, Trinidad. Once Havana's mystery brand, reserved as Cuban government gifts from 1969 until 1998.
Two cigars from the range of this Habanos brand, the Fundadores, were chosen for comparison as it is well considered as one of the all-time best cigars to have come out of Cuba. A slender ring gauge at 40 and a good length of 7 ½ inches, this is a smoke which will take over an hour. As well as a Trinidad Vigia which is noticeably thicker with a 54 ring gauge, but much shorter at 4 3/8 inches long. Having recently released their Edicion Limitada 2016 Trinidad Topes, this brand is certainly getting a lot of air time of late.
