Ken Hom cooks for Chinese New Year

This year's Chinese New Year celebrations welcomed the culinary genius, Ken Hom, to cook a gastronomic Asian feast for Members alongside the Annabel's chefs. This year an exceptional Cantonese and Szechuan inspired menu was available and included dishes such as salt and pepper prawns, steamed dumplings and salmon with black bean sauce. As always sensational Chinese artists transformed into dragons and lions, performing throughout the Club to welcome the Year of the Monkey.
