Annabel’s has burst into bloom once again in celebration of RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2019 with this spectacular floral display by FLOWERBX.
FLOWER POWER, ANNABEL'S STYLE
As we celebrate this year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Berkeley Square has burst into bloom with another spectacular floral installation at Annabel's, designed by FLOWERBX. We've got a bunch of botanically-inspired activities to celebrate the week, from a special Chelsea Flower Show Edition of Breakfast at Annabel's with British fragrance queen Jo Malone CBE, a host of insightful talks and events, including Botanical Cocktail Masterclasses with Ketel One Botanical and flower arranging, to a very special Chelsea Flower Show Afternoon Tea.
BREAKFAST AT ANNABEL'S WITH JO MALONE CBE
The Garden | 8.30am Arrivals, 9am StartWe are delighted to welcome Jo Malone CBE to the Club for the first time as she joins us for a very special Breakfast at Annabel's to launch a weeks' worth of activities in celebration of The Royal Chelsea Flower Show.
Join us in The Garden for breakfast whilst listening to this perfume powerhouse as she shares her Jo Loves brand building journey, the highs and lows of starting all over again, and how she intends to continue to paint the world with fragrance. Jo will be joined by award-winning Beauty journalist Olivia Falcon.
Places are limited for this complimentary breakfast. Each guest will receive a Jo Loves Gift Bag to take away. This is a seated event and therefore your prompt arrival is appreciated.
CANDLE SHOT MASTERCLASS WITH JO MALONE CBE
The Jungle Bar, 10.30am - 12.30pmCreate your own bespoke scent candle with the help of the fabulously fragrant Jo Malone CBE. Members will have the opportunity to create their own Candle Shot™ (a bespoke scented candle with two parts - a shot and a base, both in a scent of your choice) whilst sipping on a Ketel One Botanical Spritz, or two.
Following the Masterclass, Members will be take away their candle plus a fragrance paintbrush and fragrance tapas invitation.

Jo Malone has been described as an 'English scent maverick' and the woman responsible for creating some of the world's most-loved fragrances. Originally discovering an instinctual talent for creating scented products by hand in her kitchen, Jo launched her first brand, Jo Malone London in 1995, and quickly gained cult status around the world. In 1999, Jo sold the business to Estée Lauder Companies and remained Creative Director until she left in 2006. Jo's passion for the beauty industry never ceased and in 2011, after much anticipation, Jo launched her new brand Jo Loves bottling her undeniable desire to create beautiful and unexpected fragrances, pioneering new products and entertaining experiences.

Whitney will take Members through the art of arrangement, FLOWERBX's most memorable tablescapes, from fashion houses to private events, and how Whitney created the “Net-a-Porter of the flower business”.
BOTANICAL SPIRIT TASTING MASTERCLASS WITH KETEL ONE BOTANICAL
The Rose Room, 6pm - 6.45pmMembers are invited to join an exclusive masterclass with a liquid tasting and ‘make your own’ Spritz cocktail session. The classes will be led by a Ketel One brand ambassador, guiding you through the three new expressions. With a variety of fresh herbs and botanicals, and a choice from a range of different flavoured premium mixers, you will walk away with a deliciously personalised Spritz-style serve.

Floral experts from FLOWERBX will be at the Club to guide Members on how to create fabulous party flowers, creating pieces the 'Annabel’s way’ with a floristry masterclass.
PERFUME TALK AND MASTERCLASS WITH KILIAN HENNESSY
The Jungle Bar, 9am Arrival, 9.30am - 11amIndulge your love of scents with the founder of the eponymous fragrance brand, 'By Kilian', Kilian Hennessy for a sensory masterclass followed by a Q&A where Kilian joins us to discuss his life and career behind the brand; KILIAN.
Following the talk, we invite you to explore a sensory experience, discovering KILIAN’s signature olfactive categories. Across fragrance and colour, our Ambassadors will assess your preferences and determine your very own KILIAN look. BEEKEEPING & HONEY TASTING WITH THE LONDON HONEY COMPANY
The Elephant Room, 8.30am Arrival, 9amMembers are invited to join us as we host experts from the London Honey Company beekeeping team for an introduction to all things beekeeping and some honeybee titillation with a sublime honey tasting.
Following the workshop, Members will have the opportunity to learn from the experts as they explain how their honey makes its way from their hives to your table. Taste the landscape through a variety of single-origin honeys, learn how honey is extracted, and toast the bees with mead.
For those toying with the idea of purchasing a beehive and curious to learn the early requirements of this ancient craft, the workshop will offer an introductory crash-course providing a wealth of information, from the lifecycle of bees and the threats they face in today’s environment, to the care and maintenance of hives.
BOTANICAL DRAWING CLASS WITH HELEN ALLEN
The Garden, 10am - 12pmJoin Helen Allen, principal and founder of the Chelsea School of Botanical Art, to paint a botanical watercolour. Using one of Helen’s line drawings of a summer flower, Members will learn to observe, mix and apply watercolour paint using techniques that are true to the historical roots of botanical art.
Using live flowers as your guide, you will also learn about the genre of botanical art, its history and its future.
There are ten spaces available for this complimentary class and all materials will be supplied.
Helen is a world-renowned teacher and artist in her own right, with work in the Highgrove Florilegium and the Transylvanian Florilegium, a project she ran for five years for HRH The Prince of Wales. Her work can also be found in private collections and the archives of the Hunt Institute, the Chelsea Physic Garden, Hampton Court Palace and the Kew Herbarium, Library, Art and Archives Collections.
