A team of world-class chefs, sommeliers and mixologists have been assembled to design an outstanding array of menus, cocktail and wine lists for the Club's Members and their guests to choose from. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.
Each imaginative cocktail that is shaken or stirred has been designed to complement the striking interiors and ethos of the Club. The expert team of mixologists serve both original Annabel’s cocktails and refined interpretations of the classics, in order to create innovative, memorable drinks that explore the boundaries of flavour and heighten the experience.
Annabel’s has its own, world-class wine cellar, known as the Annabel's Cellars, with a collection curated by an expert team of sommeliers, led by Guillem Kerambrun. The very best Champagnes, reds, whites, rosés, and sweet wines from some of the world’s leading Chateaux, vineyards and producers ensure Members can enjoy exceptional wines in every restaurant and bar within the Club. The Annabel's Cellars are also there for Members to purchase wines for their own private collections at home.
Spirits & Liquors
The Club has procured a selection of the best hand-picked spirits and liquors from far and wide, including tonics and elixirs, as well as the Club's own whisky (aged and bottled to our exact specification), which our bar tenders use to craft an outstanding selection of cocktails and after dinner digestifs.
