Our Wellness Wednesdays series in The Mexican returns for the New Year, welcoming industry experts to The Club to talk to you, our Members. This year we will cover a variety of topics relating to wellness for the mind, body and soul, our first welcoming, Catherine Turner, Co-Founder of Kind Meditation. Kind Meditation is initiative offering meditation teachings in a supportive and personalised environment. Over two Wednesday mornings, Turner will host guided meditations, breathing and visualisation techniques, followed by Q&As at the end of each session.

Already failed at your New Year's resolutions? Then this is a meditation session for you! Explore and experience the art of Yogic intention setting to help achieve your objectives for the year. The morning will begin with a brief explanation on the importance of intention setting and how to successfully set goals for your future. Then sitting comfortably, Members will be guided into a deep relaxation. The session ends with visualisation and breathing techniques, to help you connect with your deepest desires and wishes for 2020.

Let go of the punishing New Year regimes and instead shift your mindset with this meditation designed to uplift, energise and build inner-happiness. The morning focus on breathing and visualisation meditation techniques to increase energy flow, heighten feelings of self-awareness, eliminate negativity and re-discover the natural connection with your own body.
