Toni has worked at Annabel’s old and new since 1978, starting as a Commis Waiter in 1978. From serving Her Majesty The Queen, to helping oversee the transition of the nightclub between Annabel’s old and new; there are few pieces of Annabel’s History that Toni hasn’t witnessed. His personal favourites from the menu include the Turbot, Courgettes, Crispy Caviar & Champagne Sauce; and a classic Vodka Martini, served dry with olives.
Nathan has worked at Annabel’s since 2018, starting as a Breakfast Maître d’ in the Garden; but recently has been promoted to the role of Guest Relations Manager. His favourite Annabel’s moments include Rita Ora’s performance at last year's Annabel’s for the Amazon event and Elton John’s recent private performance in the garden; his favourite meal stays close to his Annabel’s origins; breakfast in the Garden, specifically Eggs Benedict.
